Chief Accountant

C3X International Couriers LLC is a fast-growing courier service company in Dubai, specializing in reliable and efficient Domestic and International delivery services. We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Chief Accountant to join our team. As a Chief Accountant, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing the company’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL, and payroll.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements accurately and on time.
• Manage cash flow, bank reconciliations, and treasury functions.
• Lead and supervise the accounting team, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate external and internal audits and ensure adherence to IFRS and UAE regulations.
• Support the CFO in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with GPA Fee & VAT regulations, timely filings, and accurate tax documentation.
• Implement and maintain strong internal controls and process improvements.
• Monitor cost performance, profitability, and operational KPIs.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, partners, and internal departments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in B.com Finance or Accounting related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably with courier/logistics or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, GPA Fee and audit processes.
• Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., Tally, ERP platforms).
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience in preparing final accounts.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
