Chief Accountant

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Chief Accountant to lead our accounting operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive accounting knowledge, and experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily accounting operations and manage the accounting team.
• Prepare, review, and analyze periodic financial statements and reports.
• Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliations.
• Oversee cost control, inventory accounting, and variance analysis.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company financial policies.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Develop and improve financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Follow up with the Procurement Department and analyze monthly purchasing activities.
• Support management with financial insights and recommendations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant accounting experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems; SAP experience is highly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
