Position: Chief Accountant – F&B Industry

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Chief Accountant with a strong background in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry to join our team in Saudi Arabia . The ideal candidate will manage all financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and provide strategic financial insights to support business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the accounting team, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cost-control measures.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi financial regulations, VAT, Zakat, and company policies.
• Review financial data and provide management with detailed performance analysis.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors for year-end audits.
• Implement and improve financial systems, procedures, and internal controls.
• Support management with strategic financial planning and decision-making.
• Train and mentor accounting staff to enhance departmental performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the F&B industry in a senior or chief accountant role.
• Strong managerial and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
• Arabic nationality preferred.
