Job Summary

We are looking for a certified Chief Accountant with relevant experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations and ensuring accurate reporting in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations and financial reporting
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations
• Monitor budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Handle audits and coordinate with external auditors
• Supervise accounting staff and ensure accuracy of financial data
• Work closely with management to support financial decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent preferred)
• 5–8 years of accounting experience, with at least 2–3 years in hospitality (hotel/F&B)
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting standards
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
• Strong leadership and analytical skills
