Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Chief Accountant with strong knowledge of rent-a-car financial operations. The ideal candidate will oversee all accounting functions, ensure accurate financial reporting, manage cash flow, and support management in financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, payroll, bank reconciliation).

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.

• Monitor fleet costing, depreciation, lease payments, fines, and maintenance expenses.

• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and timely filing.

• Coordinate with auditors and prepare audit schedules.

• Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.

• Review contracts, rental agreements, and approvals related to fleet purchases/sales.

• Monitor credit customers, collections, and overdue accounts.

• Supervise and guide the accounting team.

Requirements:

• hindi nationality preferred.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Rent-a-Car or Automotive company.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Strong knowledge of UAE accounting standards and VAT.

• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/QuickBooks/SAP or similar).

• Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 per month
