Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Chief Accountant with a strong background in the signage and outdoor media industry. The ideal candidate will manage financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, and accounting operations while supporting financial planning and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Accounting

• Prepare and review financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and UAE accounting standards
• Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions

Accounts Management

• Oversee AP, AR, bank reconciliations & general ledger
• Ensure timely monthly and yearly closing
• Monitor cash flow and financial transactions

Tax & Compliance

• Ensure VAT compliance and tax filings as per UAE regulations
• Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants
• Maintain proper financial documentation

Budget & Internal Control

• Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting
• Monitor expenses and control costs
• Develop and maintain internal control systems

Team Supervision

• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Accounting or Finance
• CA / CMA / ACCA (Qualified or Part-Qualified preferred)
• 7–10 years accounting experience
• Minimum 3 years in a senior role in signage & outdoor media (Required)
• Strong knowledge of UAE tax & accounting laws
• Experience with SAP / MS Dynamics / QuickBooks or similar
• English & Urdu/Hindi required
