Job Overview:

Group Company is seeking an experienced Chief Accountant with a strong background in the signage and outdoor media advertising industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial accounting, reporting, and compliance functions while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, P&L accounts, and cash flow reports

* Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and IFRS

* Manage accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger functions

* Ensure timely monthly and yearly closing of accounts

* Monitor cash flow and financial operations

* Handle VAT compliance and tax filings as per UAE regulations

* Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants

* Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

* Implement internal controls and process improvements

* Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff

Key Requirements:

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting & Finance

* CA / CMA / ACCA (qualified or part-qualified preferred)

* 6-7 years of accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a senior accounting role within the signage & outdoor media industry

* Strong knowledge of UAE accounting and taxation laws

* Proficiency in SAP, MS-Dynamics, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software

* Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills

* English language proficiency required
