Chief Architect

Summary:
Responsible for leading the entire architectural design function, setting design direction, managing multiple projects, and ensuring high-quality, innovative, and compliant architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design strategy, concept creation, and master planning.
• Review and approve all designs, drawings, and technical details.
• Guide and mentor the architectural team.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, quality standards, and timely project delivery.
• Solve design issues and maintain design integrity during execution.

Skills Required:

• Strong leadership & design expertise
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM
• Knowledge of building codes & materials
• Excellent communication & team management
• Creative, detail-oriented & problem-solving attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
