Job Summary

The Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) will lead the organization’s growth strategy by identifying new business opportunities, expanding market presence, and building strategic partnerships. The role requires a highly experienced professional with 15+ years of experience to drive revenue growth, strengthen client relationships, and explore new markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s overall business development and growth strategy
• Identify new markets, industries, and revenue streams
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Lead sales, partnerships, and strategic alliances
• Drive revenue generation and achieve business targets
• Oversee proposal development, bidding, and contract negotiations
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align go-to-market strategies
• Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs
• Represent the company in high-level meetings, conferences, and industry forums
• Lead, mentor, and manage the business development and sales teams

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving growth
• Experience in leadership roles (5+ years preferred)
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-term strategic relationships
