Chief Transactions Officer (CTO)
We are seeking a senior executive to lead our transactions strategy and oversee the origination, evaluation, execution, and integration of strategic deals. The role will manage acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, partnerships, and other complex transactions, while working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure strong commercial outcomes and governance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the transaction strategy.
• Identify and assess strategic deal opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end transaction execution.
• Oversee valuation, financial modeling, due diligence, and structuring.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare executive and board-level materials.
• Support integration and value creation after close.

Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong background in M&A, corporate development, investment banking, PE, or transaction advisory.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

Pay: QAR120.00 - QAR250.00 per hour
