Chief Business Solutions

Job Description


  • Propose and drive the development of overarching policies governing the Business Solutions function within the Organization, and follow up on their approval.
  • Oversee the development of strategic and operational plans for Business Solutions in alignment with the Organization’s overall objectives and policies, ensuring effective execution post-approval.
  • Propose and develop regulatory frameworks, bylaws, and guidelines governing Business Solutions activities, and ensure their formal endorsement.
  • Coordinate across relevant administrative units to ensure integration of functions and optimal utilization of available resources.
  • Oversee the structuring and execution of contracts, partnerships, and agreements with financing entities to deliver subsidized mortgage loans and other financial products and initiatives.
  • Supervise partnerships and agreements with public and private sector entities to participate in or finance housing projects and residential developments aligned with the Organization’s mandate.
  • Oversee agreements with entities holding housing demand lists seeking to transfer such portfolios to the Organization for financing.
  • Supervise the provision of full or partial guarantees to financing entities for funding extended to eligible beneficiaries under subsidized mortgage programs.
  • Oversee the securing of appropriate guarantees for direct financing provided by the Organization, in accordance with Board-approved policies.
  • Supervise lending operations directed to real estate developers and financing institutions, subject to Board approval.
  • Oversee the execution and rollout of approved products and initiatives.
  • Engage and coordinate with relevant stakeholders on all matters related to financial solutions activities.
  • Approve resource requirements (human capital, systems, and materials) for affiliated units and ensure their availability.
  • Endorse human capital development plans within the Business Solutions function.
  • Represent the Organization in regional, Arab, and international forums relevant to the function’s scope.
  • Prepare and submit periodic performance and progress reports to the Organization’s CEO, including recommendations for continuous improvement.



Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Organizational Management, or a related field.


Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree: Minimum of 14 years of experience.
  • Master’s Degree: Minimum of 12 years of experience.
  • PhD: Minimum of 10 years of experience.
