About BOSS
BOSS is Central Arkansas's fastest-growing small business marketing company. We help local businesses grow through websites, social media, video, SEO, advertising, branding, and more.
We're looking for someone who loves people, loves being on camera, and loves being in the middle of the action.
This isn't a desk job.

We want the face of BOSS.

What You'll Do

• Attend networking events, ribbon cuttings, chamber events, and community gatherings.
• Interview local business owners and create fun content for Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Visit clients and help tell their stories through short-form video.
• Create reels, posts, graphics, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Help manage and grow BOSS social media channels.
• Check in with clients and ensure they are happy with our services.
• Give presentations when opportunities arise.
• Build relationships with local business owners every day.
• Recruit and lead a team of commission-only BOSS Ambassadors who help connect us with local businesses.

Who You Are

• Outgoing and energetic.
• Comfortable talking to strangers.
• Comfortable being on camera.
• Not afraid to make a fool of yourself if it creates great content.
• Organized and dependable.
• Passionate about supporting small businesses.
• Able to shoot and edit content from your phone.
• Familiar with Canva, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and basic video editing.

Experience is great, but personality matters more.
Compensation

• Part-Time Position
• $15/hour
• $1,000 bonus for every business that becomes a BOSS client from a relationship you create.
• $500 bonus every six months that client remains active.

Our goal is for you to build a growing stream of recurring bonuses as your relationships continue producing happy, successful clients.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
