Chief Commercial Officer - Real Estate

Job Summary:

The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) – Real Estate is responsible for driving the overall commercial strategy of the organization, overseeing both sales and marketing functions to maximize revenue, market share, and brand positioning. The role ensures alignment between sales execution and marketing strategy across real estate developments, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Commercial Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute the company’s commercial strategy in alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead revenue generation initiatives across all real estate projects.
  • Identify growth opportunities, market expansion, and new revenue streams.

2. Sales Leadership

  • Oversee all sales operations, including direct sales, channel sales, and partnerships.
  • Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance frameworks.
  • Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of revenue goals.
  • Optimize pricing strategies and sales processes.

3. Marketing Leadership

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies.
  • Oversee brand positioning, campaigns, digital marketing, and customer acquisition.
  • Ensure alignment between marketing activities and sales objectives.
  • Manage product positioning, launches, and go-to-market strategies.

4. Real Estate Commercial Planning

  • Collaborate with development and planning teams on product mix, pricing, and market fit.
  • Provide input into feasibility studies, demand analysis, and project positioning.
  • Ensure commercial viability of all developments.

5. Customer Experience & CRM

  • Oversee the full customer journey from lead generation to closing and after-sales.
  • Implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

6. Partnerships & Channels

  • Develop and manage relationships with brokers, agencies, and strategic partners.
  • Expand distribution channels and sales networks.

7. Performance & Analytics

  • Monitor sales and marketing performance using data-driven insights.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior.
  • Provide regular reports and forecasts to executive leadership.

8. Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop sales and marketing teams.
  • Build high-performing teams with clear accountability and targets.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 15+ years of experience in real estate, with strong exposure to both sales and marketing.
  • Minimum 5+ years in a senior leadership role (Head / Director / CCO level).
  • Proven track record in revenue growth and large-scale project commercialization.
