Job Summary:
Lead culinary operations of a catering service, including menu development, food preparation, and kitchen management.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all kitchen operations and staff

Plan and update menus as per client needs and nutrition standards

Supervise cooks, assistants, and stewards

Ensure food quality, taste, hygiene, and presentation

Ensure compliance with HACCP and safety standards

Manage inventory, supplies, and procurement

Conduct inspections of kitchen, storage, and equipment
-
Train and mentor kitchen staff
-
Handle client feedback and implement improvements
