Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Chief Coordinator Officer to oversee nationwide coordination of operational, administrative, and client-related activities within the Guarding Segment. The role is critical in ensuring seamless communication between regions, maintaining operational control, and ensuring compliance with company standards and client expectations.

Responsibilities:
Arrange uniforms and weapons for new deployments across Pakistan
Develop and maintain strong liaison with company clients
Process administrative and financial approvals received from regional offices
Coordinate with Head of Securities for issue resolution
Liaise with Regional Managers regarding complaints and operational matters
Maintain records of additional guards including posting, joining, and terminations
Verify daily attendance in ERP systems for all relevant projects
Monitor attendance status nationwide through GBMS on daily basis
Track and monitor field visits of Regional Managers, Supervisors, and Operations Managers
Ensure availability of uniforms through coordination with OMs and RMs
Monitor recovery and clearance of escaped or terminated guards and pending matters
Ensure immediate incident reporting and proper follow-up
Obtain monthly client feedback reports and implement corrective actions
Review daily shortfall reports and ensure timely corrective measures
Ensure submission of visit reports and emergency reports as required
Perform any other duties assigned by the competent authority

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
5–8 years of experience in operations coordination or security services
Strong coordination, monitoring, and reporting skills
Proficiency in ERP systems and operational tools
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple regions and handle pressure situations effectively
