Nawaya Digital Transformation Partners is seeking a Chief Data & Analytics Officer (CDAO) to lead enterprise-wide data strategy, advanced analytics, and AI-driven transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise data and analytics strategy
• Lead AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics initiatives
• Establish data governance, compliance, and quality frameworks
• Drive organization-wide adoption of data-driven decision-making
• Oversee enterprise BI platforms and cloud data architecture
• Collaborate with executive leadership on digital transformation initiatives
• Build and lead high-performing data and analytics teams
• Identify opportunities to monetize enterprise data assets
• Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of data systems

Key Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in data, analytics, or digital leadership roles
• Experience in enterprise data strategy or senior data leadership roles
• Strong background in AI, machine learning, and big data technologies
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• Strong understanding of data governance and enterprise architecture
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams
• Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
