Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the organization’s digital transformation roadmap
• Lead enterprise modernization across systems, processes, and platforms
• Drive adoption of AI, automation, and digital technologies
• Collaborate with C-level executives to align transformation with business goals
• Oversee digital product development and customer experience innovation
• Establish KPIs to measure transformation success and ROI
• Lead cross-functional teams across IT, operations, and business units

• Ensure cybersecurity, scalability, and resilience of digital platforms
• Manage strategic partnerships with technology vendors and consultants

Key Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in digital transformation, IT leadership, or consulting
• Proven track record leading enterprise-wide transformation programs
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• Experience with AI, automation, and emerging technologies
• Deep understanding of enterprise architecture and business process optimization
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with multinational or government clients preferred
• Master’s degree in Technology, Business Administration, or related field preferred
