Chief Data Officer (m/f/d)

A global organization is seeking a seasoned Chief Data Officer to lead its enterprise-wide data strategy. This executive role requires extensive experience in data leadership and the ability to drive data integrity, security, and value creation across all business units.

Responsibilities

• Data Strategy Leadership: Define and execute the organization's data strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Governance & Compliance: Oversee data integrity, security, and compliance across all platforms and processes.
• Value Creation: Enable data-driven decision-making and maximize business impact through advanced analytics and insights.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Leadership in Challenging Environments: Operate effectively in demanding, fast-paced settings while driving transformation.

Qualifications And Skills

• 15+ years of experience in senior data leadership roles (e.g., Chief Data Officer, Head of Data, Data Strategy Lead).
• Proven ability to define and execute enterprise-level data strategies.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Resilience and adaptability in complex, high-pressure environments.
