This position is responsible for managing, supervising and coordinating contract functions for a wide range of capital projects improvements. Emphasis of the work is on the development and implementation of policies, procedures and reporting tools to prioritize and monitor DTPW contracts and invoices; ensuring contract compliance with local, state and federal requirements. Responsibilities may include participating in the development of contract terms and conditions, supplemental agreements, and establishing policies and procedures for processing contractors and consultants’ invoices, requisitions and purchase orders.
