The Chief Development Officer (CDO) – Giga-Project Masterplan will be a pivotal executive in steering large-scale transformative projects from initial concept through to execution and delivery while aligning with organizational visions. Job Requirements:

• Deep understanding of project management frameworks, methodologies, and tools, including PRINCE2, Agile, and Lean practices.
• Extensive experience in stakeholder engagement at multiple levels, including government entities, public-private partnerships, and community organizations.
