Chief Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise engineering and technical teams
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and operational performance of all systems
• Review drawings, technical specifications, and engineering documents
• Plan, schedule, and execute engineering activities
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance
• Ensure safety compliance and implement engineering standards
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal departments
• Prepare engineering reports, budgets, and maintenance plans
• Implement quality control procedures and best engineering practices
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil or relevant field)
• 8–12+ years of engineering experience (preferably in UAE)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and technical knowledge
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
