Summary of the Current Role

Responsible for managing strategic partnerships, negotiating terms & conditions, vendor relations within the PSI Loyalty Program, driving loyalty team to achieve monthly sales revenue, measuring team’s KPI’s and performance, tracking and reporting monthly loyalty transactions, and cross-departmental collaboration to deliver measurable value to PSI clients and loyalty partners.

1. Loyalty Program Growth & Vendor Relations

2. Program Operations & Financial Coordination

3. Design Team Support

4. CRM & Data Integrity Insurance

5. Sales Enablement & Internal Collaboration

6. Quality Assurance & Client Experience

7. Marketing & Strategic Development

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Monthly and quarterly revenue generated through the Loyalty Program.
  • Partners acquisition and retention.
  • Data accuracy percentage between CRM and Finance.
  • Client satisfaction and internal response efficiency.
  • Number of projects referred and successfully executed.
  • Quality of cross-departmental coordination and reporting accuracy.
