Job Description


One of our clients are looking for a highly experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our marketing agency. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in managing and growing marketing or advertising companies, with strong leadership, strategic thinking, and deep industry knowledge. The CEO will be responsible for setting the company’s long-term vision, driving growth, ensuring profitability, and positioning the agency as a leader in the market. This role requires an innovative leader with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, capable of navigating a fast-paced and highly competitive environment.


Key Responsibilities


• Define and implement the company’s long-term and short-term strategic vision.

• Oversee all departments including marketing, sales, campaigns, influencer management, finance, and HR.

• Develop and execute strategies that strengthen the company’s competitive position in the market.

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, partners, and major advertising agencies.

• Monitor financial performance, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.

• Manage budgets, resources, and ensure efficient allocation across all departments.

• Drive innovation and digital transformation initiatives within the company.

• Lead, inspire, and mentor the executive team to achieve high performance.

• Represent the company with stakeholders, partners, and official entities.



Requirements & Experience


• Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing or advertising, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.

• Proven record of successfully managing and scaling marketing agencies or advertising firms.

• Strong understanding of all aspects of marketing: influencer marketing, digital campaigns, advertising, and brand management.

• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and achieving profitability targets.

• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and strategic planning skills.

• Strong business network within the local and regional marketing ecosystem.
