Chief Executive Officer

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide strategic, operational, and financial leadership to a diversified business operating across manufacturing, food, and retail sectors. The CEO will be responsible for driving sustainable growth, strengthening operational excellence, building strong leadership teams, and ensuring governance, compliance, and profitability across business verticals.

This role requires a hands-on leader with strong P&L ownership, experience managing complex multi-business environments, and the ability to scale businesses while maintaining quality, compliance, and brand integrity.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and execute the long-term vision, growth strategy, and business roadmap across manufacturing, food, and retail businesses
  • Identify new growth opportunities including capacity expansion, new product categories, distribution channels, and geographic markets
  • Drive transformation initiatives including digitalization, supply chain optimization, and cost efficiency programs

Business & P&L Management

  • Own end-to-end P&L responsibility across all business units
  • Ensure revenue growth, margin expansion, and capital efficiency
  • Review and approve annual operating plans, budgets, and investment proposals

Operations & Supply Chain

  • Oversee manufacturing operations, quality standards, food safety compliance, and production efficiency
  • Strengthen supply chain, sourcing, logistics, and inventory management across manufacturing and retail
  • Ensure operational excellence, productivity improvements, and process standardization

Sales, Marketing & Retail Expansion

  • Drive go-to-market strategy across B2B and B2C channels
  • Scale retail presence (offline and/or online) through expansion, partnerships, and improved unit economics
  • Strengthen brand positioning, customer experience, and market competitiveness

People & Leadership

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing leadership team across functions
  • Establish a strong performance culture with clear KPIs and accountability
  • Drive succession planning, leadership development, and organizational capability building

Governance, Risk & Compliance

  • Work closely with the Board on strategy, performance reviews, and governance matters
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, food safety, ESG, and statutory requirements
  • Manage enterprise risk, audits, and stakeholder relationships including investors, lenders, and partners


Experience & Background

  • 18–25+ years of progressive leadership experience
  • Prior experience as CEO / Business Head / Managing Director or equivalent role
  • Strong background in Manufacturing, Food, FMCG, Consumer, or Retail-led businesses
  • Proven track record of scaling businesses and managing multi-location operations
  • Experience working with Boards, promoters, or private equity investors is highly preferred
