Location: Bangalore , IND Responsibilities:

• Spend significant time on-ground to understand business realities across markets, supply chains, and customer segments
• Gather market and competitive intelligence through field visits, stakeholder interactions, and ecosystem mapping
• Develop bottom-to-top views on business performance, challenges, and growth opportunities
• Provide alternate perspectives on business strategy by questioning assumptions and validating data with ground truth
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, Sales, Supply Chain) to understand execution challenges
• Structure qualitative and quantitative insights into clear problem statements and strategic recommendations
• Support the CEO’s Office with inputs for growth strategy, expansion decisions, and operational improvements
• Create concise presentations and insights for leadership reviews
• Track outcomes and feedback from implemented initiatives

• MBA or equivalent degree
• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
• Innovative thinker with analytical problem-solving skills
• Strong comfort with on-ground, field-based work
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically while staying close to execution
• Strong problem structuring and analytical skills
• Ability to challenge status quo and offer alternate business viewpoints
• Good communication skills — able to synthesize field insights for senior stakeholder
• Interest in agritech, agriculture, supply chain, or adjacent ecosystems
