Chief Executive Officer

Ayedh Dejem Group is seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization’s strategic direction, drive multi‑market expansion, and ensure exceptional business performance across all regions. This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic and highly influential leader to shape the future of one of the region’s fastest‑growing real estate development groups.


About the Role: The CEO will be responsible for defining, leading, and executing ADG’s overall corporate strategy, ensuring operational excellence and long‑term growth. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the CEO will oversee financial performance, global expansion efforts, executive leadership, and transformational initiatives across the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute ADG’s corporate strategy in alignment with Board directives.
  • Translate strategic goals into actionable business plans to achieve sustainable growth.
  • Conduct periodic strategic reviews to support expansion, revenue growth, and market value enhancement.


Financial & Budget Oversight

  • Ensure alignment of annual budgets and financial targets with organizational objectives.
  • Monitor financial performance, assess variances, and implement corrective actions.
  • Review forecasts covering revenue, expenditure, and operational results.


Governance, Policies & Processes

  • Direct the development and enforcement of organizational policies across all functions to ensure legal compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Foster strong communication and alignment between the Board of Directors and top management


People & Organizational Development

  • Drive manpower planning, talent acquisition, and employee development initiatives.
  • Conduct annual performance reviews and recommend promotions, compensation adjustments, and training plans.
  • Ensure effective documentation and executive-level communication.


Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Recommend and drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with international standards and evolving market conditions.
  • Promote a culture of innovation and operational excellence across the organization.


Leadership & Operational Excellence

  • Lead the group’s business operations and ensure the execution of Board decisions.
  • Drive geographical expansion across the GCC, Turkey, and international markets through strategic partnerships and alliances.
  • Ensure financial targets are consistently met and exceeded to support ADG’s revenue growth.
  • Promote a high-performance culture emphasizing ethics, integrity, accountability, and corporate social responsibility.
  • Lead the organization effectively during periods of transition or rapid change.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners.
  • Represent ADG in external forums, industry events, and public engagements.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Board of Members or Stakeholders.


Reporting & Governance

  • Establish a transparent and comprehensive reporting system for Board-level visibility on performance, risks, and major initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates on business operations, financial results, and strategic progress.


Minimum Requirements

Education

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Preferably holds an Engineering degree or PMP certification.

Experience

  • Minimum 18 years in real estate development.
  • Minimum 3 years as CEO within a well-established regional real estate development company.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, Yardi Voyager, and project management tools (e.g., ClearPoint).
  • Extensive knowledge of financial management, compliance, governance, and documentation standards.
  • Strong in Communication in English & Arabic, Leadership skill
