Position Overview

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead VCE Network Solutions through its next stage of strategic growth and regional expansion.

The CEO will be responsible for defining corporate strategy, driving operational excellence, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring sustainable financial performance. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, commercial acumen, and experience within the technology or enterprise solutions sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term corporate strategy aligned with shareholder objectives
• Oversee overall operations, financial performance, and organizational growth
• Drive revenue expansion, market positioning, and regional partnerships
• Lead executive leadership team and build high-performance culture
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory and corporate governance standards
• Represent the company in strategic negotiations, investor relations, and public forums
• Identify new business opportunities, acquisitions, and innovation initiatives
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and government entities

Required Qualifications

• Proven executive leadership experience (CEO, Managing Director, or equivalent)
• Strong background in technology, IT infrastructure, digital transformation, or related industry
• Demonstrated success in scaling operations and revenue growth
• Strong financial management and P&L oversight experience
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills
• Experience operating within the UAE or GCC market preferred

Pay: AED45,800.00 - AED50,200.00 per month
