Chief Executive Officer

Position Summary

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will lead The Sovereign Kingdom (TSK) in its mission to redefine the ultra-luxury travel market. As the primary leader, the CEO is responsible for the overall strategic direction, operational excellence, and financial performance of the company. This role involves scaling a high growth platform targeting Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWI), securing flagship properties, and establishing TSK as a global leader in culturally-immersive, elite lodging experiences.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Vision
● Define and execute the long-term vision and strategy to capture a significant share of the $1T global luxury travel market.
● Oversee the wide-scale release of the TSK platform and brand identity.
● Lead capital raising efforts, including the current $20M equity round, to fuel expansion and property acquisition.

Operational Excellence
● Build and scale a world-class executive team across hospitality, technology, branding, and operations.
● Oversee the development of the proprietary technology platform to ensure seamless, personalized user experiences.
● Establish rigorous 5-star+ service standards across all global offerings to ensure brand consistency.

Growth & Market Expansion
● Identify and secure flagship luxury properties and strategic partnerships worldwide.
● Drive marketing and branding initiatives to engage a global audience of over 600,000 UHNWIs.
● Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain TSK’s competitive edge in cultural immersion and privacy.

Financial & Stakeholder Management
● Assume full P&L responsibility, ensuring sustainable growth and high ROI for investors.
● Communicate transparently and effectively with the Board of Directors, investors, and legal counsel.
● Ensure corporate compliance with international regulations and maintain the highest ethical standards.

Qualifications

● Experience: 10+ years of executive leadership experience, preferably within luxury hospitality, elite lifestyle brands, or high-growth travel technology.
● Track Record: Proven success in scaling startups, raising venture capital/equity, and managing multi-million dollar budgets.
● Network: An existing network within the UHNWI community and global luxury real estate market.
● Education: MBA or equivalent advanced degree from a top-tier institution preferred.
● Attributes: Visionary mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a deep appreciation for cultural authenticity and high-end aesthetics.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
● Successful completion of the $20M Series A funding round.
● User growth and engagement metrics on the TSK digital platform.
● Successful launch and occupancy rates of initial flagship properties.
● Maintaining a 5-star+ rating for customer satisfaction and service delivery
