Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary to take on the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Our client is a forward looking investment company focused on sustainable business practices, financial excellence, and innovative solutions to strengthen market presence and deliver long term value to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute the organization’s long term vision, strategy, and growth roadmap
• Develop and implement business strategies that enhance competitiveness and shareholder value
• Provide strong financial leadership and oversee overall fiscal performance
• Conduct in depth market and financial analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and growth areas
• Forecast market trends and economic conditions to guide investment and operational decisions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shareholders, partners, regulators, and key stakeholders
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and high performance across the organization
• Ensure full compliance with Bahrain’s legal, regulatory, and corporate governance frameworks

Candidate Profile:

• Proven strategic leader with the ability to define vision and translate it into executable plans
• Strong financial acumen with background in finance, accounting, economics, or related fields
• High ethical standards with a strong commitment to corporate governance
• Results-oriented leader capable of motivating and empowering senior teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Education & Experience:

• Minimum 10–15 years of senior leadership experience in executive, financial, or investment-related roles
