Job Description: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
The CEO is responsible for providing visionary leadership and comprehensive strategic direction to the organization. The role focuses primarily on driving growth, innovation, and profitability, while ensuring full compliance with Capital Market Authority (CMA) regulations and managing the investment advisory and consulting sector to achieve the company's long-term goals.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate the company's mission, vision, and strategic goals to all stakeholders.
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the executive team and the entire organization.
- Collaborate with the board of directors to set strategic priorities.
- Directly oversee investment advisory services to ensure quality and compliance with the advisory license.
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, market trends, and emerging developments.
- Develop and implement operational plans and policies that support the company's objectives.
- Ensure full compliance with Capital Market Authority (CMA) requirements and regulatory bodies.
- Oversee financial performance and budgets to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners.
- Represent the company in public forums and industry events.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master's or MBA is a plus).
- Holding the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation or having at least one year of proven practical experience in providing investment advice is highly preferred.
- Must hold the General Securities Qualification Certificate (CME-1).
- Previous experience as a CEO or in a similar executive leadership role.
- Deep understanding of business operations, strategy development, and financial management.
