As CEO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the group’s future, leading high-impact initiatives, and ensuring alignment across subsidiaries. You will be responsible for steering investment growth, optimizing performance, and building robust leadership structures.
Key responsibilities include:

Lead overall strategy and execution across the group and its subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

Drive investment growth, including real estate funds and new business opportunities.

Build, scale, and restructure companies to enhance performance and profitability.

Oversee subsidiary performance and establish high-performing teams and leadership structures.

Develop and implement clear strategies with a strong execution focus.

Strengthen governance, reporting, and decision-making frameworks across the group.

Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities to expand the group’s portfolio.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field

10–15+ years of senior leadership experience, including CEO/Group CEO or equivalent C-level roles

Experience as a Group CEO or equivalent overseeing multiple subsidiaries or business units with accountability for group-wide performance

Proven track record building, scaling, and restructuring companies to improve performance and profitability

Experience building and leading senior leadership teams across multiple business units
-
Senior executive experience in real estate and/or holding-company environments
-
Experience structuring Joint Ventures (JVs) and strategic partnerships

Experience implementing governance frameworks and producing board-level reporting across multiple business units

Experience using ERP and financial systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and board reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)

Fluent proficiency in Arabic and English

Saudi nationality and right to work in Saudi Arabia

Able to travel occasionally within Saudi Arabia for business needs

Available to start within 30–60 days

Experience working within family-owned businesses and navigating family governance dynamics
Preferred Qualifications:
