Industry: Frozen Food Manufacturing with Retail Outlets

Our client, a growing frozen food company, is seeking a strategic and results-driven CEO to report directly to the Chairman and lead the organization toward sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end operations across manufacturing units and retail outlets/branches

• Drive strategic planning, budgeting, and cost optimization to enhance profitability

• Oversee financial management and operational performance

• Manage and mentor the leadership team to deliver business objectives

• Implement process improvements and business expansion strategies

Ideal Candidate:

• Currently working as COO, CFO, Head of Finance, or Head of Operations

• Strong finance expertise with experience in budgeting, cost savings, and financial planning

• Proven track record in manufacturing operations, preferably in frozen food, including retail/branch management

• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills

Education: ACCA / CA / MBA / Masters in relevant field
