Chief Finance Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Strategy & Planning
• Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy aligned with business/trading goals. TalentMate+2Hanson Search+2

• Analyze financial performance, margins, costs; recommend strategic decisions.
• Treasury, Liquidity & Cash Flow Management
• Manage cash flow, working capital, liquidity, trade financing needs. TalentMate+2JobLeads+2
• Oversee treasury operations, funding, debt/equity decisions and capital raising if needed.
• Trade Finance & Banking Relationships
• Handle trade-finance operations — letters of credit (LCs), bank guarantees, import/export financing, trade-related banking instruments.
• Build and maintain relationships with UAE and regional banks / financial institutions.
• Accounting, Reporting & Compliance
• Oversee accounting, statutory reporting (per IFRS or relevant standards), tax, audit and ensure regulatory compliance (UAE + applicable jurisdictions).
• Ensure integrity of financial records, internal controls, timely external audits.
• Leadership & Team Management
• Build and lead the finance team (accounting, treasury, trade-finance, compliance).
• Provide financial insights to CEO/management, participate in strategic decision-making.
• Risk Management & Corporate Governance
• Identify financial risks (currency risk, LC risk, liquidity, counterparty risk) and implement mitigation strategies (hedging, controls).
• Ensure compliance with local and international laws, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance standards.
• Support Strategic Growth & Business Expansion
• Evaluate financing for new trade deals, expansions, capital investments.
• Collaborate with commercial/trading teams to align finance structure with business operations and growth plans.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
