Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a CFO for a leading real estate and hospitality platform. Reporting directly to the MD, this role will lead the finance and strategy function and oversee all core financial functions — from corporate finance to FP&A, investor relations, compliance, and operational finance across a uniquely complex ecosystem.

Role Purpose This is a pivotal leadership role in a high-growth, high-visibility project at the intersection of real estate, hospitality, and lifestyle. The CFO will act as a key strategic partner to the MD and Board, ensuring the financial architecture is robust, scalable, and aligned with long-term value creation. Beyond day-to-day financial operations, the role will lead capital structuring and investor engagement efforts, laying the groundwork for future institutional partnerships and potential exits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end financial management including budgeting, cash flow, reporting, and controls across all verticals
• Build and lead the corporate finance roadmap including capital raising, refinancing, and transaction structuring
• Act as the financial lead on M&A and due diligence processes for future asset acquisitions or divestments
• Develop investor-ready reporting frameworks and lead all external financial communications
• Partner with operations and development teams to ensure financial discipline in CAPEX and OPEX planning
• Create mid- and long-term financial strategies aligned with commercial and brand objectives

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 15+ years of total experience with at least 5 years in a CFO or Deputy CFO capacity within a complex multi-asset business
• Deep expertise in corporate finance, investment structuring, and capital markets
• Proven track record in managing investor relationships and leading fundraising or JV structuring
• Experience working in asset-heavy sectors such as real estate, hospitality, infrastructure, or similar
• Strong command of financial modeling, scenario planning, and board-level reporting

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Exposure to large-scale development projects and greenfield investments
• Background in both operational finance and strategic finance environments
• Familiarity with working alongside private equity or institutional investors
