As CFO, youll oversee Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, IT, and Budget Forecasting, ensuring the companys growth and financial health. Youll work closely with the CEO and leadership team to shape strategy, optimize performance, and guide a lean, high-performing finance team.

What Youll Do

• Lead all aspects of accounting and finance, including cash flow, AR/AP, inventory, and reconciled financial statements.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic growth.
• Oversee financial controls, compliance, and risk management.
• Partner with leadership on M&A, capital investments, and strategic planning.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, investors, and external stakeholders.
• Enhance systems and reporting for actionable insights and efficiency.

What Were Looking For

• Proven CFO experience in growth-focused organizations with revenues of $1B+.
• 10+ years leading accounting and IT teams in multi-site operations (500+ locations).
• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA strongly preferred; MBA a plus).
• Expertise in GAAP, tax compliance, and financial controls.
• M&A experience and ability to manage complex financial deals.
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience with PDI accounting software is highly desired.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a 24/7 mindset.
