Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Finance to lead our Finance & Accounts department at our UAE office and drive the financial strategy of our organization. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in financial management, auditing, compliance, and strategic planning, with a proven track record of leading high-performing finance teams. This role requires a seasoned professional capable of overseeing end‑to‑end financial operations, ensuring robust internal controls, and supporting senior leadership with accurate insights and reporting. Candidates with experience in the construction, telecom, contracting, or real estate sectors will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Finance & Accounts department
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, audit standards, and internal controls
• Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, including liaison with auditors
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the Board
• Implement financial policies, risk management, and cost-control measures
• Support strategic decision-making with financial analysis and insights

Experience Required:

• · Minimum 10 years of total experience, including:
• · 5 years heading a finance department in a senior leadership role
• · 5 years of hands-on experience with auditors, including audit management and compliance.

·Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Professional certification: CA / ACMA / CMA (mandatory)
