We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and drive sustainable growth. As a key member of the senior leadership team, the CFO will oversee all financial activities, including accounting, revenue cycle, financial planning, and reporting. This role requires a forward-thinking leader with exceptional analytical skills and a strong grasp of financial concepts. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for strategic development, fiscal management, and fostering a culture of financial excellence that aligns with our mission to make a positive impact.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies that support organizational growth, profitability, and long-term sustainability.
- Oversee accounting functions, ensuring compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) other regulatory requirements.
- Manage treasury functions such as cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, and liquidity management to optimize working capital.
- Drive revenue management strategies by analyzing market trends, business development opportunities, and revenue cycle processes.
- Supervise financial reporting activities including the preparation of detailed financial reports, profit & loss statements, and interpretation of key financial data for executive decision-making.
- Oversee budgeting processes, expense control measures, cost management initiatives, and cost control strategies to maximize operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting standards across governmental frameworks while maintaining transparency in all financial disclosures.
- Foster leadership within the finance team through mentorship, supervision of staff
Experience
- Proven experience as a senior finance executive or CFO within a complex organization or non-profit sector with demonstrated success in strategic planning and fiscal management.
- Extensive knowledge of GAAP
- Strong background in finance activities such as budgeting, forecasting, revenue cycle management, and cost control.
- Exceptional leadership qualities with experience supervising diverse teams involved in financial analysis, technical accounting, governmental accounting, supply chain finance, and business analysis.
- Proficiency with various financial software platforms coupled with excellent skills in financial report writing and interpretation to inform strategic decisions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
