CFO

Role Purpose: Lead finance, commercial governance, cash flow and compliance for both the Construction/Development business and the Facilities Management company ensuring budgets are protected, contracts are commercially sound, collections are strong, and statutory/tax compliance is fully met.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Leadership & Reporting: Drive budgeting, forecasting, monthly end close, and management/Board reporting with project- and contract-level performance dashboards i.e. (Project Budget Vs Actual, Quarterly cashflow requirement, Monthly bank Position, Over all Cash flow to complete requirement, Monthly Profit and Loss of the Project, Monthly Profit and Loss facility Management Company)
• Cash Flow & Treasury: Own monthly and project cash-flow planning and funding strategy to meet project execution requirements; enforce commitment control (no award/spend without budget and cash visibility).
• Construction Contracts & Budget Discipline: Jointly with the Chairman, evaluate and finalize subcontract awards ensuring alignment with approved budgets, BOQs, cost-to-complete.
• Leasing & Commercial Negotiation: Advise on leasing commercial aspect and actively negotiate key commercial/legal terms (rent, escalation, lock-in, security, CAM recovery, fit-out, default/termination protections) to protect yield and risk.
• Collections & Recovery: Lead billing discipline and recovery for tenants(rent/CAM/utilities) and property sales customers (installments/possession); drive reduction in overdue receivables and disputes.
• Tax Planning & FBR Compliance: Own tax planning and optimization within the law; ensure accurate withholding/ payroll compliance, filings and representation before Federal Board of Revenue.
• Governance & Controls: Implement SOPs, approval matrices, procurement and payment controls, internal audit readiness, and risk management across both companies.

Advoc tasks and Reporting: Any other task, assignment by the Management.

Pay: Rs400,000.00 - Rs450,000.00 per month
