Chief Financial Officer

AgPack Net Systems is seeking a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee and manage the company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate will provide strategic financial leadership, ensure regulatory compliance, and support long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and audits
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company objectives
• Monitor cash flow, investment activities, and risk management
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations
• Advise senior management on financial performance and strategic decisions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or CPA preferred)
• Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role
• Strong knowledge of financial management principles and regulations
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools
