SALARY: KWD 4,750 per month

Consultoria Quintero is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company’s financial operations, corporate finance strategy, and overall financial performance within the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will play a critical executive leadership role in driving financial growth, operational efficiency, compliance, and long-term business sustainability.

This position requires a visionary finance leader with extensive expertise in financial planning, insurance regulations, risk management, investment strategies, and corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement the company’s long-term financial strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Provide strategic financial guidance and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Monitor company financial performance, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, insurance industry standards, and corporate governance policies.
• Oversee financial risk management, investment planning, and internal control systems.
• Lead annual budgeting, financial forecasting, and business planning processes.
• Analyze financial data and market trends to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, regulatory authorities, and financial partners.
• Optimize cash flow management, capital allocation, and financial sustainability.
• Lead and mentor finance and accounting teams while promoting high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• CPA, CMA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent professional certification is highly preferred.
• Master’s Degree or MBA is an advantage.
• Minimum of 10+ years of senior finance leadership experience, preferably within insurance, banking, or financial services industries.
• Proven experience as CFO, Finance Director, or Senior Financial Executive.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, regulatory compliance, taxation, auditing, and corporate finance.
• Experience in insurance operations, underwriting finance, risk analysis, and investment management is highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and decision-making capability.
