Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) based in the Fort Lauderdale area.. The CFO will lead the financial strategy and operations of the organization, including overseeing financial planning and analysis, managing budgets, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with financial regulatory requirements. The candidate will work closely with the executive team to guide the company’s financial decisions, optimize performance, and support strategic goals. Responsibilities may also include risk management and financial reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Planning and Financial Analysis for developing strategies and optimizing performance
• Strong expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Advanced Finance and Analytical Skills to support decision-making and problem-solving
• Proven experience in leadership roles managing financial operations and driving business growth
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred
• CPA, CFA, or similar professional certification is a plus
• Experience in the retail, e-commerce, or technology industries is highly desirable
