Position Summary

We are looking for a chief financial officer (CFO) with a minimum of 10 years of experience, specifically within the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate must be Lahore-based (or willing to relocate immediately) and possess strong financial leadership, strategic planning, and regulatory expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the company’s financial strategy, planning, and analysis
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, tax, and financial reporting standards
• Manage cash flow, investments, and capital structure
• Provide strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
• Implement strong internal controls and risk management frameworks
• Support business expansion, mergers, and investment decisions

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience, with significant experience in pharmaceutical companies
• Must be based in Lahore (or strong preference for Lahore-based candidates)
• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of taxation, compliance, and financial regulations in Pakistan
• Proven leadership experience in senior financial roles
• Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in medium to large pharmaceutical organizations
• Strong network with financial institutions and regulatory bodies
• Experience with ERP systems and financial transformation
