Key Responsibilities1. Financial Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy aligned with business objectives
- Act as a key advisor to the CEO/Board on financial planning and strategic decisions
- Lead long-term financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
2. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Provide strategic insights on profitability, cost optimization, and business performance
- Drive data-driven decision-making across the organization
3. Financial Reporting & Compliance
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Maintain compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
- Liaise with auditors, regulators, and external stakeholders
4. Treasury & Cash Flow Management
- Oversee treasury operations, liquidity management, and banking relationships
- Manage working capital, cash flow forecasting, and funding requirements
- Optimize capital structure and financing strategies
5. Cost Control & Profitability
- Monitor cost structures and identify efficiency improvements
- Lead product costing, margin analysis, and pricing strategies
- Drive profitability and financial performance across business units
6. Risk Management & Internal Controls
- Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Strengthen internal controls, governance frameworks, and audit processes
- Ensure fraud prevention and financial integrity
7. Business Partnering
- Collaborate with commercial, supply chain, and operations teams
- Support business expansion, investments, and new initiatives
- Evaluate business cases and ROI for strategic projects
8. Team Leadership
- Lead and develop the finance function (FP&A, Treasury, Accounting, Tax)
- Build a high-performance team and succession pipeline
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement
Qualifications & Experience
- CA - Qualified
- 12–18+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership roles
- Strong experience in FMCG / Manufacturing
- Proven track record in financial strategy and transformation
