Job Overview

GWG is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead and oversee the financial operations of the company. The CFO will be responsible for financial planning, reporting, risk management, and ensuring the organization’s financial health. This role reports directly to the CEO and is key to supporting strategic decision-making and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals.
• Manage financial operations, including accounting, reporting, treasury, and taxation.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
• Oversee risk management and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the finance team to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor key financial performance indicators and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with executive management and stakeholders to support business decisions.

Requirements

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in senior financial management roles.
• Proven experience as CFO, Finance Director, or equivalent leadership role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA are preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Lahore from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
