Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, accounting, cash flow, and financial reporting.
• Strategic Planning: Partner with the CEO and other executives on long-term strategy, business development, M&A, and capital allocation.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks while ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing finance, accounting, and sometimes IT teams.
• Reporting & Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate financial statements and filings, adhering to legal and regulatory standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Extensive executive leadership in finance, with proven success in strategic roles.
• Analytical: Strong data analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling skills.
• Leadership: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Technical: Proficiency in financial software and deep understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
• Strategic Mindset: Ability to look beyond numbers to drive business value and innovation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED30,000.00 - AED45,000.00 per month
