Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Human Capital HR Solutions is hiring a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a reputable client in the Frozen Food Manufacturing sector. This role will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for leading the organization’s financial strategy, governance, and operational finance functions. We are looking for a hands-on finance leader with strong experience in manufacturing finance and strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

· CA / ACCA / MBA qualification

· Minimum 5+ years of post-qualification experience

· Experience in Frozen Food, Poultry, or FMCG Manufacturing sector preferred

· Strong knowledge of manufacturing finance, costing, and supply chain finance

· Experience working closely with senior management or executive leadership

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead financial strategy, planning, and forecasting aligned with business goals

· Ensure strong financial governance, internal controls, and regulatory compliance

· Manage budgeting, cost control, and margin improvement initiatives

· Oversee working capital management, cash flow forecasting, and banking relationships

· Supervise inventory costing, production costing, and variance analysis

· Develop financial models for business expansion and capital investment projects

· Lead tax planning, audits, and compliance activities

· Present financial reports, KPIs, and strategic insights to senior management

· Improve ERP systems, financial reporting, and data-driven decision-making

· Build and manage a high-performing finance team
