Job Summary:
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing the financial strategy, planning, and operations of Legend Holding Group and its diverse business units. The CFO will ensure financial stability, drive sustainable growth, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including financial institutions, investors, and the board of directors. The role demands strategic oversight of financial activities across multi-brand car trading, rent-a-car services, new car dealerships, and after-sales service centres, ensuring alignment with the group’s mission and objectives.

The CFO’s performance will be evaluated based on the following Key Result Areas, aligned with organizational KPIs and tailored to the group’s diverse automotive operations:
1. Financial Performance and Growth:
- Objective: Achieve agreed % year-on-year increase in group-wide revenue and profitability across multi-brand car trading, rent-a-car, dealerships, and after-sales service centres.
- KPI: Revenue growth, EBITDA margin, and return on investment (ROI) for each business unit.
- Timeline: Quarterly review with monthly progress assessments.
- Measurement: Consolidated financial reports and divisional performance dashboards.
2. Cash Flow and Liquidity Management:
- Objective: Maintain positive cash flow and optimize liquidity to support operational needs and expansion plans.
- KPI: Cash flow positivity, debt-to-equity ratio, and working capital efficiency. o Timeline: Quarterly reviews.
- Measurement: Cash flow statements and liquidity ratio analysis.
3. Cost Optimization and Efficiency:
- Objective: Reduce operational costs by 5% annually while maintaining service quality across all business units.
- KPI: Cost-to-income ratio and operational expense reduction percentage.
- Timeline: Annual target with semi-annual evaluations.
- Measurement: Cost accounting reports and expense variance analysis.
4. Compliance and Risk Management:
- Objective: Ensure 100% compliance with UAE financial regulations and zero major audit findings.
- KPI: Audit compliance rate and number of risk incidents mitigated.
- Timeline: Ongoing, with annual audit reviews.
- Measurement: Audit reports and risk management logs.
5. Stakeholder Engagement and Financing:
- Objective: Secure favourable financing terms and maintain strong relationships with at least three major financial institutions.
- o KPI: Interest rate on credit lines, number of active banking relationships, and stakeholder satisfaction scores.
- Timeline: Annual review with quarterly updates.
- Measurement: Financing agreements and stakeholder feedback surveys.
6. Team Development and Process Improvement:
- Objective: Enhance finance team capabilities and implement at least two process improvements annually to streamline financial operations.
- KPI: Employee engagement score, training hours per team member, and number of process enhancements implemented.
- Timeline: Annual review with semi-annual progress checks.
- Measurement: HR performance reviews and process documentation.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA are highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10-12 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role (CFO or equivalent) in a multi-business or holding company environment, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the UAE automotive sector, including car trading, rental services, dealership operations, and after-sales services.

Work Environment:
