Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy, oversee corporate governance, and ensure long-term fiscal sustainability. This role requires strong leadership, advanced financial expertise, and the ability to align financial operations with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Strategy: Define and implement financial frameworks that support growth and profitability.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to GCC regulations, IFRS standards, and corporate governance policies.
• Capital Management: Optimize capital structure, manage investments, and oversee funding initiatives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with executives, regulators, and investors to align financial strategy with business objectives.
• Team Leadership: Mentor finance teams and foster a culture of accountability and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CPA, CFA, or ACCA preferred).
• 12+ years of financial management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial frameworks and GCC regulatory environments.
• Expertise in corporate finance, investment management, and risk governance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Experience in multinational or regional financial organizations preferred.

Pay: RO4,500.000 - RO7,000.000 per month

Work Location: In person
