Core Objective: Absolute execution and governance of the company’s regional financial structure from the Raysut Industrial Area St 4 facility. This executive track commands full authority over corporate liquidity, capital allocation, corporate tax strategy, and the optimization of industrial manufacturing budgets.

Core Tasks: * Direct all fiscal management operations, financial forecasting, and multi-tier budget modeling for industrial operations.

• Optimize working capital, manage cash flow vectors, and govern international banking partnerships and credit structures.
• Oversee corporate compliance, internal audit frameworks, and financial reporting in strict accordance with IFRS standards.
• Partner directly with executive leadership to evaluate joint ventures, capital expenditures, and regional expansion risks.
• Lead and mentor the senior accounting and corporate finance departments to eliminate operational overhead.

Technical Background: * Professional financial credentials (CPA, CMA, or CFA) are strictly required.

• 12+ years of progressive financial management experience, with a definitive tenure operating as a CFO or VP of Finance within an industrial or manufacturing sector.
• Masterful command of corporate tax laws, cost-accounting software, and strategic risk mitigation.
