Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial strategy, oversee corporate governance, and align financial planning with organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership, analytical expertise, and the ability to deliver robust financial solutions that support innovation and sustainable energy practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Strategy: Define and implement enterprise-wide financial frameworks.
• Corporate Governance: Ensure compliance with GCC regulations, IFRS, and international standards.
• Risk Management: Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Capital Management: Oversee capital allocation, investment planning, and funding strategies.
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, financial metrics, and operational efficiency.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with regulators, auditors, and internal teams to align financial goals with business objectives.
• Innovation Leadership: Drive adoption of digital finance tools, automation, and predictive analytics.
• Team Leadership: Mentor finance professionals and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CPA, CFA, or ACCA preferred).
• 15+ years of financial management experience, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial frameworks and GCC energy environments.
• Expertise in corporate finance, treasury, and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Experience in multinational or regional energy organizations preferred.

Pay: RO4,500.000 - RO7,000.000 per month
